Purpose

                This involves intensive training on each of the operations Cutting, Sewing, Checking, Ironing 	
                and Packing. The training and consulting modules  for Production and Quality  control covers

                            •	Sample room Quality Management 

                            •	Pattern Calibration

                            •	Calibration of measurement tape

                            •	Qualification of sewing machines 

                            •	Qualification of checking personnel & Quality Controllers

                            •	Significance of vision in sewing industry (Vision check and colour blindness check)

                            •	Cut panel checking methods

                            •	Fabric Inspection Methods

                            •	Cutting Quality Monitoring

                            •	Accessory Store Management

B. Quality Improvement Process



Purpose


                The purpose of this services is to implement the Quality Assurance Process by deploying resources 	
                at the factory for an agreed period of time, minimum of 1 week to maximum of 6 months. 
                
                The objective is to reduce rejections and rework and increase the pass quantity of goods passing through
                the line to packing - we term it as “Right First Time”. We work to a stringent target :
	            
                            •	0 % - Customer Complaints

                            •	99.5% - Final Random Inspection Passing

                            •	95% - Sewing Goods passing the checking operators

                            •	< 1% - Rejection of sewn Goods

                            •	< 4% - Reworking in Sewing
 
	            The setting up of the process involves application of combination of all the services mentioned, 	
	            the factory will be studied to know the present status, re-organizing / fine tuning methods & structure, 

                            •	Training the personnel,

                            •	Establishing the Control Process (for Men, Machine, Material and Method)

                            •	Identify the customer needs

                            •	Design the Quality Systems

                            •	Monitor, implement of review actions consistently the achieve the objectives.
